Brighton & Hove-City by the Sea:
With five miles of coastline, twelve theatres, four cinema's, over thirty nightclubs & discos, five casinos (and another proposed), twenty three car parks, and more restaurants per head of population than anywhere in the UK (outside of London). Brighton & Hove is one of UK's leading tourist destinations. It is not suprising that it attracts over eight million visitors a year!

Since the Prince Regent made his mark on the 'Queen of the watering holes' in the late eightenth century, it has become synonymous with all year round entertainment and pleasure seaking.

One of the best times of year to visit is during 'The Brighton Festival', in May. Streets of free entertainment, Punch & Judy shows, art galleries, open house art exibitions everywhere, theatres, including the Regency Dome, the Duke of York's cinema with art-house & speicialist films along with museum displays and of course pubs, cocktail bars & cafes with tables outside to watch the world go by!
